3rd Virtual Global Slag Seminar

Tuesday 15 June 2021

Due to the postponement of the real-world Global Slag Conference from 2020 into 2022, the organisers of the conference have staged two Virtual Global Slag Seminars in May and November 2020, and will do so again in June 2021. The virtual conferences allowed all attendees to maximise their profits from slag - both ferrous and non-ferrous, keeping them up-to-date with the industry state-of-the-art for both producers and users of slag and slag-based products.

Free registration includes attendance at the webinar, live Q&A, a download of the delegate list and attendance at the post-event Zoom meet-up. For free registration, enter 'FREE' in the discount code box during registration. The discount code is case-sensitive (use capitals).

The Premium Delegate Pack is available for purchase during registration for GBP£49.95 (includes on-the-day downloads of the conference proceedings book, downloads of the presenter slides, full delegate list with opted-in emails, and post-event access to the event video) - in which case leave the discount code box blank. You will be emailed a link to download the delegate pack on the day of the event.

Seminar participants are automatically enrolled as registered users of Global Cement - including free news updates, magazine notifications and more.

For commercial enquiries, including sponsored presentations, please contact Paul Brown, or +44 776 7475 998.

The full programme will be posted here closer to the event date.

The organisers retain the right to rescind any registration at any time, for any reason, and to vary the programme and/or offering, with no recompense or recourse.

For sponsorship, speaker and other enquiries, please contact Paul Brown at paul.brown@propubs.com.

Quote of the Day on the 1st Virtual Global Slag Seminar (6 May 2020): "Excellent way to overcome time at the moment, but I am sure it will stay only for a short time until the world recovers. It will become a niche model again. That does not apply to internal meetings or internal conferences, of course, which will become now increasingly practical. But especially for sales you need a personal contact - webmeetings cannot replace that." Virtual Global Slag Seminar participant 2020
